1Acceptance of Terms

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

4.1 Payment Methods

• Fund Transfer: DuitNow

V12bet does not accept payments in any foreign currency. All amounts displayed on the platform, including account balances, odds, and winnings, are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit into a v12bet account is RM 10 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and your account tier status. New players may have lower daily deposit limits initially until identity verification is completed. v12bet reserves the right to decrease or increase deposit limits based on the account's risk profile.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests will be processed by v12bet within 15 to 30 minutes for standard requests. 4.4 Dormant Funds

5.1 Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirements)

6Game Rules

All games offered on the v12bet Platform – including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket), Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker), virtual sports, lottery, and all other categories – operate under their own specific rules, which are available in the help section of each game.

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes in v12bet's digital casino use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party auditing body. For Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by the physical actions of a real dealer, which can be observed live via HD video stream. All outcomes are final once a game round has concluded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet
• V12bet reserves the right to void a bet if it is proven that a technical error caused the displayed odds to be inaccurate

• Any bets placed after the relevant event has ended will be automatically voided and the stake returned

6.3 Technical Disruptions

If a disruption occurs during a Live Casino game round, the affected round will be deemed void and the wagered amount will be refunded. For Sports Betting, bets confirmed prior to the technical disruption will remain valid and will be settled based on the actual match result.

7User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

V12bet users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner when using the Platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the v12bet Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Any form of collusion, fraud, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of a third party's credit card or any payment method not registered under the name of the registered user
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the v12bet system
• Money laundering through the v12bet platform — all transactions are monitored and reported to the relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering activity
• Posting offensive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate content in the game chat
• Sharing or selling your v12bet account to a third party
